Reporting an error in the registry

This is the message we most want to receive. If a site on this page is not on the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) register, or a registered site is missing from this page, tell us and we will correct it. Include the site name and, if you have it, the line from the register. We check against the AiGC register and the register wins.

Operators and affiliate managers

If you run an Alberta-registered site and want to talk about a partnership, write to the same address with your affiliate program and contact. Being a partner changes nothing about whether you appear here, because the registry is the AiGC list in full. What it changes is whether we can send you tracked traffic.

Players

We are a directory, not an operator. We cannot see your account, your balance, a pending withdrawal or a bonus dispute, and we have no way to act on any of them. Those go to the operator's own support team first. If that fails, the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) handles public complaints about registered sites in Alberta.
